Country music news Update, interesting!

Who wants to go to Nashville? Or know someone who lives near there that wants to join popular country vocal group?


Well, just so happens that group Lonestar is needing a new lead vocalist....wonder who they will hire? Someone similar to Richie McDonald-who has contributed his best to the band for 14 years now that their contract is ended- or someone different that will bring new face and talent to the others with new songwriting and fresh feel to the next Lonestar project?

Well, my next purpose is to scout this new person if BNA records has not found them yet. This is one thing I am good at, finding excellent entertainers- just look at what happened with Keith! (Well, I didn't discover him exactly but I think y'all know I know a good thing when I see and hear it, lol!)
I have a few ideas, need some more. So if you see any great upcoming local singers who are megatalented yet undiscovered, contact me and we'll see what can be done!

Ok so last week during CMA fest some Tampa DJs were up there interviewing various artists, and they also talked with Lonestar and have told us that they found someone to fill Richie's beloved spot, but they are not yet telling us any names!! All they know is the newest member is from Atlanta.

So for awhile, until we know how this new person works out, my little mission is now on hold.

I pray for bright future for all the Lonestar guys, and for Richie and his newfound solo career. Best wishes to all!
